Om tjänsten Som Live Agent inom team Lön arbetar du med att stötta Fortnox kunder i frågor kopplade till lön, systemanvändning samt lagar och regler inom löneområdet. Du hjälper kunder att hitta lösningar i sitt dagliga arbete och guidar dem i Fortnox olika funktioner och tjänster.

Rollen innebär varierande och problemlösande ärenden där du arbetar via telefon, chatt och mejl. Du blir en viktig del av teamet och bidrar både till hög kundnöjdhet och till att fånga upp förbättringsområden i kunddialogen. Tjänsten är på heltid med start omgående. Arbetstiderna är förlagda under kontorstider på vardagar. Detta är en direktrekrytering vilket innebär att StudentConsulting ansvarar för rekryteringsprocessen men att du blir direktanställd av Fortnox. DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som har ett stort intresse för lön och som motiveras av att hjälpa kunder och lösa komplexa frågor. Du är kommunikativ, pedagogisk och trivs i en roll där samarbete och problemlösning står i fokus. Vi ser gärna att du: Har utbildning inom lön, HR, ekonomi eller liknande område alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet Har praktisk erfarenhet av lönearbete eller administration Har erfarenhet av kundkontakt, support eller rådgivning Har god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska Är lösningsorienterad och trivs i en föränderlig miljö
