Tjänsten Vi söker nu en kompetent och erfaren nyckelmedarbetare. Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och du kommer att arbeta brett. Du arbetar i ett team av duktiga medarbetare och arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på arbetsbelastning. Befattningen kan innefatta:

Lägga upp nya artiklar

Förbereda beställningar

Administration av ritningar

Inköpsbeställningar till leverantörer

Import och tullhantering i samband med inköp

Backup inom frakter, beställningar och offerter

Tillfälligt hjälpa fabriken vid frågor eller support

Helt enkelt så kommer du att ha en ”spindeln i nätet” funktion som avlastar där det behövs, sköter vissa rutinuppgifter och hjälper till att strukturera och öka arbetsflöden. Din tjänst resulterar i en ökad servicegrad mot kunder och därmed ökad lönsamhet för företaget.

Kompetens Du har erfarenhet av administration eller kundtjänst tillsammans med en god allmän datavana. Vi arbetar idag med Monitor som affärssystem, men erfarenhet från andra affärssystem gör att det inte är speciellt svårt att lära sig nya rutiner. Det behövs att du kan uttrycka dig väl i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.

Personliga egenskaper Du är en driven och arbetsam person som gillar att, ”ha många bollar i luften”. Det är också viktigt att du har en positiv inställning och att du är lösningsorienterad. Du har hög social kompetens med god förmåga att lyssna och är inte rädd för att jobba hårt för att uppnå dina och företagets mål. Stor vikt läggs vid att du är noggrann, ordningssam och bra på att ge service både externt och internt. När du matar in uppgifter i våra system är det väldigt viktigt att det blir rätt från början. För rätt person är detta ett mycket spännande och utvecklande arbete. På längre sikt finns det också utvecklingsmöjligheter. Det är en trevlig och inspirerande arbetsmiljö i ett personligt företag med stora tillväxtmöjligheter. Arbetstiden är dagtid och på plats hos oss i Vallentuna.
