Om rollenDu blir en del av logistikavdelningen på Sandvik Osprey i Sandviken där ni ansvarar för offerter, orderhantering och internationella leveranser till kunder världen över. Som Customer Support Coordinator arbetar du genom hela orderflödet, från offertförfrågan till leverans. Du har daglig kontakt med internationella säljare, kunder, produktion, transportörer och speditörer samt ansvarar för leveransuppföljning. Rollen passar dig som trivs med många kontaktytor, tar ansvar och vill arbeta nära verksamheten.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifterHantera offertförfrågningar och upprätta offerter

Hantera order, orderbekräftelser och leveransinformation

Koordinera transporter tillsammans med transportörer och speditörer

Följa upp leveranser och kundärenden

Bidra till utveckling av processer och rutiner inom avdelningen

Vi söker dig medMinst tre års erfarenhet av operativ logistik (import/export)

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med flöden från order till leverans

Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Utbildning inom logistik eller motsvarande erfarenhet

MeriterandeErfarenhet av offertarbete

Erfarenhet från mindre organisationer med bredare logistikansvar

Kunskap inom Incoterms, export eller tull
