Lokalstrateg och projektledare till offentlig verksamhet Vi söker dig som vill arbeta med lokalstrategi och projektledning inom offentlig sektor. I rollen får du möjlighet att kombinera strategiskt arbete med praktisk projektledning och bidra till att utveckla ändamålsenliga lokaler och verksamhetsmiljöer. Arbetsuppgifter Som lokalstrateg och projektledare kommer du bland annat att: Arbeta strategiskt med lokalfrågor, lokalbehov och lokalförsörjning. Utreda och analysera verksamheters lokalbehov samt ta fram underlag för beslut. Planera och driva mindre och mellanstora projekt inom offentlig sektor. Leda projekt från behovsanalys och planering till genomförande och uppföljning. Samordna verksamheter, fastighetsägare, entreprenörer, konsulter och andra berörda aktörer. Ansvara för tidplan, ekonomi, kvalitet och uppföljning inom projekten. Ta fram beslutsunderlag, kalkyler, prognoser och presentationer. Delta i utveckling och effektivisering av lokalbestånd och arbetssätt. Säkerställa en god dialog med verksamheten och omsätta verksamhetsbehov till konkreta lösningar.

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet av lokalstrategiskt arbete, fastighetsfrågor eller liknande. Erfarenhet av projektledning, gärna inom bygg, lokaler, verksamhetsutveckling eller fastighet. Förmåga att självständigt driva uppdrag och projekt framåt. God kommunikativ och administrativ förmåga. Förståelse för arbete i en komplex organisation med många intressenter. Relevant högskoleutbildning eller annan utbildning och erfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete inom kommun eller annan offentlig verksamhet, samt förståelse för kommunala beslutsprocesser och förutsättningarna för lokalförsörjning i offentlig sektor och erfarenhet av fastighetssystem. Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och självgående. Du har lätt för att skapa goda relationer och kan växla mellan strategiska frågeställningar och operativa uppgifter. Du trivs med att samordna olika intressen och är trygg i att driva arbetet framåt mot tydliga mål.
