The posting

Åtvids församling ligger naturskönt och i nära anslutning till Linköping. Geografiskt täcker församlingen hela Åtvidabergs kommun med församlingsexpeditionen i centralorten som utgångspunkt. Församlingen har 8 kyrkor av högt kulturhistoriskt värde som är placerade utöver hela kommunen. Vårt arbetslag består av ca 20 personer där du ingår i vaktmästeriet. Vi söker dig som trivs i kyrkans miljö, värnar om rena och välskötta lokaler och en god arbetsmiljö. I tjänsten ingår huvudsakligen (ca 80%) lokalvård dvs. städning av kyrkor och församlingshem, samt tjänstgöring vid gudstjänster och kyrkliga handlingar (dop, begravning och vigslar). · Du har minst gymnasieutbildning. · Du är intresserad av det kyrkliga kulturarvet och ser din roll i att hjälpa till att förvalta det för kommande generationer. Erfarenhet av hantering av ljus-/ljudsystem är meriterande. · Du är beredd att jobba såväl kvällar som helger allt utifrån verksamhetens behov. · Eftersom du behöver möta många människor i olika åldrar och livsfaser behöver du vara lyhörd och har ett arbetssätt som präglas av service. · Du har god social kompetens och är flexibel och stresstålig. Du jobbar gärna tillsammans med andra och är kollegial, men trivs även med att jobba ensamt och självständigt. Ditt arbete präglas av noggrannhet och ansvarstagande. Du är en problemlösare. · Du har B-körkort och tillgång till egen bil. · Eftersom tjänsten innefattar tjänstgöring i kyrkan förutsätter vi att du är medlem i Svenska kyrkan och delar dess tro och värderingar.
