Hos oss arbetar du i ett engagerat team med fokus på den äldre individens behov, önskemål och livskvalitet. Om tjänsten Arbetsuppgifter: • Serviceinsatser, HSL-insatser samt omvårdnad enligt biståndsbeslut • Dokumentation enligt gällande rutiner • Samarbete med chef, kollegor, anhöriga och andra yrkesgrupper Arbetstiderna är dag, kväll och helg enligt schema. Vi kan ha kunder som är rökare eller har husdjur. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är utbildad undersköterska och har erfarenhet av hemtjänst och vill arbeta hos oss i Norrköping.
