Om oss Sirkka Partners är en M&A-firma i Göteborg. Vi hjälper ägarledda bolag, entreprenörer och investerare i Västsverige och övriga Norden både med att sälja sina bolag och med att hitta och genomföra förvärv. Vi är en firma som växer, och nu bygger vi upp teamet som ska ta oss vidare. Här blir du inte en i mängden. Du är med och formar hur vi arbetar, vilka kunder vi tar oss an och vart vi är på väg.

Rollen Du arbetar i både sell-side- och buy-side-uppdrag, från första kundmötet till avslutad affär. Hur mycket ansvar du får beror på din erfarenhet, men alla i teamet kommer att: · bygga finansiella modeller, värderingar och analyser, · ta fram informationsmemorandum, teasers och presentationer i transaktionsprocesser, · identifiera och analysera förvärvsobjekt åt köpande kunder, · driva processer i datarum och due diligence och hålla kontakt med motparter, · delta i kundmöten och förhandlingar redan från start. Har du flera års erfarenhet leder du delar av processer själv, handleder juniora kollegor och är med och tar in nya uppdrag.

Vem vi söker Vi söker dig som har 0–7 års erfarenhet. Du kan vara nyexaminerad eller redan ha arbetat några år inom M&A, corporate finance, transaktionsrådgivning, revision, private equity eller liknande. · Civilekonom, civilingenjör eller motsvarande examen · Ett starkt analytiskt sinne och god vana vid Excel; modelleringserfarenhet är meriterande · Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift · Du är driven, noggrann och tycker om att ta ansvar · Du lockas av att vara med och bygga upp en växande firma
