Mäklare/Assistent större fastigheter med rätt till provision/kommission Titel: Titeln är: Mäklarassistent eller undermäklare men i uppdraget ingår både uppgifter som fastighetsmäklare och mäklarassistent. Eng: Real Estate Agent assistent Uppdrag: Research om större aktörer såsom fastighetsbolag som direkt-investerar i större fastigheter i drift. I Europa inkl. Tyskland, främst i tillväxtregioner. Bygga upp prospektering. Kommunikation till olika enhetschefer och divisioner per fastighetssegment. Redovisning av utförda uppgifter. Utbildning, studie-meritering: Examen inom fastighetsjuridik, handelshögskola, allmän juridik, examinerad mäklare med licens, andra seniora utbildningar offentlig upphandling IHM, Mercell Opic, Sipu. Examen, yrkesdiplom är ett baskrav. Även annan studie-meritering kan attraheras för uppdraget. Yrkesmeritering: Yrkesmeritering är ett baskrav. Du kanske har varit direkt ansvarig eller del i process för affärer med större transaktionsnivåer per affär såsom: större fastigheter, skepp, försvarsindustri, medicinsk teknik eller andra större affärer. Internationella affärer på avancerad nivå är meriterande. Du kanske har varit transaktionsjurist på senior inom fastigheter med inte fått ta del av provision, success fee pga tekniska hinder, klausuler och du attraheras av ett uppdrag som detta. Stark yrkesmeritering trumfar studie-meritering men då ställs högre krav. Omfattning: Omfattningen i tid varierar beroende på faktorer såsom tillgång per kvartal eller säsong, antal aktörer per segment (kopplat till tillgången) samt efterfrågan men kontinuitet är ett baskrav. Uppdraget kräver närvaro och kontinuitet men kan gå att kombinera med annan verksamhet om behov/önskemål finns. Uppdraget ges på prov med möjlighet till förlängning efter avstämning. Språk: Flytande svenska, mycket god engelska, god affärs engelska, god tyska: är meriterande men ej ett absolut krav. Location/plats: Utgångsposition är Stockholm men uppdraget kräver inte bosättning i Stockholm även om det är en fördel. Uppdraget kan utföras fritt på distans med dator, laptop och bra wifi. Uppföljande möten sker dock på plats i Stockholm. Introduktion, direktiv, utbildning ges kontinuerligt. Utbildning, insatser: Uppdraget kräver noll i kostnad/insats, inga utbildningskostnader för den som vinner uppdraget som annars är standard. Arvode/lön/provision, kontraktserbjudande: Arvode erbjuds som provision (Commission) enligt standard och som säkras till den som kvalificera mig, erbjuds tjänsten genom kontrakt, business standard.
