Mötesbokare – bara inkommande leads, ingen kallringning Aerius Ventilation har sedan 2015 hjälpt villaägare och bostadsrättsföreningar i Stockholm att andas bättre luft. Vi är 38 anställda, ingen inhyrd personal, och de flesta har varit med oss i över fyra år. Nu söker vi en mötesbokare till vårt nya kontor på Arvid Tydens allé 6 i Solna. Du ringer bara personer som själva har hört av sig till oss. Varje vecka får vi 200–300 förfrågningar via mejl och vår webbplats, och alla hamnar hos dig. Kunden väntar på ditt samtal. Ditt jobb är att ringa snabbt, förstå vad kunden behöver och boka in besöket. Det här gör du Ringer upp alla nya förfrågningar, helst samma dag som de kommer in Tar reda på vad kunden behöver och bokar in besök Följer upp kunder som inte svarat eller vill bli kontaktade senare Håller ordning på bokningar och leads i vårt CRM Det här får du Grundlön + provision 200–300 inkommande leads i veckan, ingen kallringning Heltid, dagtid måndag–fredag 08–17 Nytt kontor på 340 kvm vid Västra skogen, 8 minuter med tunnelbanan från T-Centralen Tjänstepension och friskvårdsbidrag Tillsvidareanställning efter 6 månaders provanställning Upplärning från dag ett, ingen branscherfarenhet krävs Det här har du med dig Du är trygg i telefon och gillar att prata med nya människor Erfarenhet av mötesbokning, kundtjänst eller telefonförsäljning är ett plus Flytande svenska i tal och skrift Du är snabb, noggrann och följer upp det du lovat Vi läser alla ansökningar löpande och ringer dig inom 48 timmar.
