MÖTESBOKARE B2B – SOLNA Är du bra på att få kontakt med människor? Brand & Utrymningskontroll växer och söker nu mötesbokare till vår nya säljavdelning i Solna. Ditt uppdrag är inte att sitta och vänta på att telefonen ska ringa. Du ringer. Du skapar kontakten. Du väcker intresset. Och du öppnar dörren för nästa affär. Vi arbetar med brandskydd, utrymning, systematiskt brandskyddsarbete (SBA), utbildningar och säkerhetslösningar för svenska företag och organisationer. Vad gör en mötesbokare hos oss? Du arbetar framför allt med telefonen och kontaktar företag som vi vill träffa. Ditt uppdrag är att: kontakta företag och beslutsfattare, snabbt skapa förtroende och intresse, identifiera relevanta behov, presentera varför ett möte med oss är värdefullt, boka kvalificerade kundmöten åt våra utesäljare, följa upp tidigare kontakter, arbeta strukturerat i CRM, nå tydliga dagliga och månatliga mål.

Det handlar alltså inte om att fylla en kalender med vilka möten som helst. Bra mötesbokning skapar affärer. Vi letar mer efter personlighet än CV Du behöver inte ha arbetat med brandskydd tidigare. Det lär vi dig. Du behöver inte heller vara en färdig mötesbokare. Men vi tror att du har: lätt för att prata med människor, energi i telefonen, förmåga att lyssna, envishet utan att bli tjatig, förmåga att snabbt komma tillbaka efter ett nej, tävlingsinstinkt, disciplin nog att göra nästa samtal även när det föregående gick dåligt.

Har du arbetat med mötesbokning, telefonförsäljning eller kundkontakt tidigare är det meriterande. Du får verktygen Vi ger dig introduktion, produktutbildning, manus och struktur, löpande träning och coaching samt tydlig återkoppling på dina resultat. Målet är inte att du ska läsa ett manus som en robot. Målet är att du ska förstå kunden, bli bra på samtalet och kunna skapa ett möte som både kunden och vår säljare vill genomföra.
