Vi arbetar mot företag och hjälper större organisationer med event, konferenser och företagsarrangemang. Din roll blir att kontakta potentiella företagskunder, skapa intresse för Meetlys erbjudande och boka in kvalitativa möten. Det här är en roll för dig som gillar högt tempo, tydliga mål och mycket kontakt med människor. Du motiveras av resultat, är professionell i telefon och trivs med att arbeta strukturerat mot uppsatta mål. Om rollen: Som mötesbokare på Meetly arbetar du aktivt med att kontakta företag och relevanta beslutsfattare via telefon. Ditt huvudsakliga mål är att skapa en bra första kontakt, förstå kundens behov och boka in relevanta möten för vidare dialog med Meetly. Du blir en viktig del av vår försäljningsprocess och representerar Meetly i den första kontakten med potentiella kunder. Därför lägger vi stor vikt vid professionalism, kvalitet och ett förtroendeingivande bemötande. Du kommer bland annat att: Kontakta företag och beslutsfattare via telefon Presentera Meetly och vårt erbjudande på ett tydligt och professionellt sätt Identifiera potentiella kundbehov och affärsmöjligheter Boka kvalificerade möten enligt uppsatta mål Arbeta strukturerat med prospektering och uppföljning Dokumentera kunddialoger och bokade möten Arbeta mot tydliga mål och KPI Utveckla din argumentation och samtalsteknik löpande Säkerställa ett professionellt bemötande i varje kundkontakt

Vi söker dig som: Du är social, driven och resultatinriktad och tycker om att kommunicera med människor. Du behöver vara bekväm med att ta många nya kontakter och förstå att framgång inom mötesbokning bygger på aktivitet, uthållighet och förmågan att hela tiden utvecklas. Vi tror att du: Har en stark kommunikativ förmåga och är bekväm i telefon Motiveras av tydliga mål och resultat Är självgående, strukturerad och ansvarstagande Har ett professionellt och förtroendeingivande sätt Är uthållig och behåller energin även när du möter motgångar Är lyhörd och snabbt kan förstå olika kunders behov Har hög arbetsmoral och en positiv inställning
