Concito Consulting sitter i fina lokaler i Västra Hamnen och är ett snabbväxande företag inom B2B-försäljning och digital marknadsföring som arbetar med välkända varumärken. Concito expanderar och har ett flertal stora inkommande projekt, därav söker vi dig med erfarenhet och passion för att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter åt våra kunder! ARBETSUPPGIFTER Din roll som mötesbokare innebär att du kartlägger uppdragsgivarens marknad, fastställer möjlig kundbas och sedan bearbetar denna och bokar möten till uppdragsgivaren. Vi använder branschens ledande CRM verktyg och stort fokus läggs på mätbarhet och resultat. Våra mötesbokare brinner för säljdialoger, ringa kalla samtal och motiveras av vetskapen att de bidrar till att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter för våra kunder och påverkar deras bottom line. Vi söker nu dig som har tidigare erfarenhet då målet att du få ansvar för egna projekt, dvs. för hela processen, från prospektering och nykundsbearbetning till avstämningar och rapportering till kund. Du kommer främst att utföra arbetsuppgifter som: - Kontakt via telefon och mejl - CRM och administrativt säljarbete - Projektansvar och rapportering internt samt mot slutkund

PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER För att lyckas i rollen som konsult hos oss måste du vara en strukturerad, kommunikativ och snabbtänkt person. Självklart är du driven och tar eget ansvar för att upprätthålla ett högt arbetstempo. För att passa in hos våra kunder är du en öppen och lättsam person samt en riktig lagspelare. Då du kommer ha kontakt med högt uppsatta chefer tror vi att du har en god social kompetens. Viktigt för tjänsten är att du har: - Tidigare erfarenhet av nykundsbearbetning inom B2B. - Ett strukturerat arbetssätt och en driven personlighet. - Mycket god svenska samt engelska i tal och skrift. - God system- och datorvana OM TJÄNSTEN Tjänsten som mötesbokare med projektansvar är en heltidstjänst som sträcker sig tillsvidare med start omgående.
