Om verksamheten I Natursköna Hammerdal tätort i Strömsunds kommun Jämtlands län ligger denna pärla belägen nära Hammerdalssjön. En tillgänglighetsanpassad stor, ljus och luftig tandvårdsklinik på 219 kvm fördelade på 4 behandlingsrum (3 fullt utrustade, det 4.e utrustat men med gammal utrustning) steril, reception, väntrum och personalutrymmen. Vi hänger med i utvecklingen och jobbar med modern teknik som scanner och EMS Airflow (EMS-stationen är vi en av tre kliniker i Jämtland som har) Vi har en stabil ekonomi och har verkat på orten sedan FTV nedläggning 2015. Patientstocken är trogen och ger oss kontinuerlig positiv respons. Teamet består idag av avgående tandläkare samt 2 tandsköterskor. Om tjänsten När du går in som delägare kommer du att ansvara för den dagliga driften för mottagningen. Till din hjälp finns inom Praktikertjänst ett nätverk av specialister inom olika områden, så som säkerhet, juridik, HR, fastighet, administration, finans, IT- och telefoni, kvalitet, kommunikation, inköp, pension och miljö. Som en del av rollen är du ansvarig för verksamhetens resultat vilket innebär att du gör en budget och ansvarar för det ekonomiska resultatet. Arbetsuppgifter

Kvalifikationer Legitimerad tandläkare

2-5 års arbetslivserfarenhet

Goda kunskaper i det svenska språket, såväl tal som skrift

Som person Vi söker dig som är utbildad tandläkare. Du är en trygg person som vill arbeta med olika patientgrupper och är väl förtrogen med diagnostik och terapiplanering. Du är en duktig kliniker som ser det som en självklarhet att kombinera kvalitativ tandvård med ett bra bemötande. Du tycker också att det är roligt att leda andra människor. Du är en person som ser det som en självklarhet att ha ett stort engagemang i såväl dina patienter och som mottagningens utveckling. Vi tror att du är nyfiken på nya lösningar och möjligheter. Som person är du kommunikativ, lugn, balanserad och förtroendeingivande i möte med patienter och kollegor.
