Vi söker en driven och kreativ person som vill ansvara för marknadsföringen för våra restauranger. Du kommer att arbeta med sociala medier, kampanjer, hemsida, innehåll och marknadsaktiviteter – men också vara ute i verksamheten och förstå våra restauranger, gäster och vårt erbjudande. Vi söker dig som: Är självständig och kan planera och driva ditt arbete utan att någon behöver säga vad du ska göra hela tiden. Tar egna initiativ och ser möjligheter till förbättringar. Är lyhörd och kan ta emot idéer, feedback och önskemål från dina kolegor. Kan kommunicera tydligt och professionellt med restaurangchefer, personal och ledning. Förstår varför vi marknadsför oss, inte bara hur man gör ett inlägg. Förstår att marknadsföring ska skapa fler gäster, mer försäljning och starkare restaurangvarumärken. Är kreativ och har känsla för bild, text, video och sociala medier. Kan planera innehåll och kampanjer för flera restauranger samtidigt. Är snabb på att se vad som behöver göras och agerar utan att alltid behöva få instruktioner. Är prestigelös och kan hjälpa till med enkla arbetsuppgifter i restaurangen när verksamheten behöver det.

Arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för och utveckla restaurangernas sociala medier, hemsidan mm. Skapa och publicera innehåll för Instagram, Facebook, TikTok m.m. Ta bilder och filma mat, restauranger, personal och events. Skriva texter, kampanjer och erbjudanden. Planera marknadsföringskalender och kampanjer. Arbeta med restaurangernas olika koncept och målgrupper. Följa upp vad som fungerar och föreslå förbättringar. Samarbeta nära restaurangchefer och personal. Vara på plats i restaurangerna för att skapa innehåll och förstå verksamheten. Hjälpa till med enklare restauranguppgifter vid behov.

Du ska kunna gå in på en restaurang, se möjligheten, fånga den på bild eller film, skapa rätt budskap och sedan få ut det till gästerna. Du behöver förstå att bra marknadsföring börjar i restaurangen – med maten, människorna, känslan och upplevelsen – och sedan ska vi få gästen att vilja komma dit.
