Just nu söker vi en Marknadsassistent med omgående start till First Camp i Göteborg! First Camp är Skandinaviens största campingkedja och driver över 70 destinationer i Sverige, Norge och Danmark, med tusentals stugor, campingtomter, glamping och hotell. Verksamheten riktar sig till familjer, par, grupper, företag och säsongsgäster. First Camp har ett stort fokus på digitalisering, gästupplevelse och datadrivna gästinsikter. De har exempelvis First Camp Club, där medlemmar samlar poäng, får erbjudanden och andra förmåner. I rollen som Marknadsassistent kommer du att rapportera till och stötta Customer Insight & Relationship Manager och ingå i det kommersiella teamet på First Camp. Det dagliga arbetet med CRM- och medlemsrelaterade aktiviteter innebär att du kombinerar administrativt arbete med analys och kommunikation och bidrar till att följa upp kampanjer och gästinsikter samt hantering av klubbens system och kommunikationsflöden. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat: Följa upp, analysera och presentera data, kampanjresultat och gästinsikter Planera, skapa, skicka och analysera enkäter Hantera och följa upp servicedeskärenden kopplade till klubb och system Översätta, kvalitetssäkra och schemalägga mailutskick

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du får en anställning hos StudentConsulting och arbetar som konsult hos First Camp med placering i Göteborg. Tjänsten är på heltid och planerar att starta omgående och kommer pågå till årsskiftet, med möjlighet till förlängning. Arbetet är förlagt på kontorstider. DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som har: Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom digital marknadsföring, CRM, marketing automation eller annan utbildning som bedöms som likvärdig Erfarenhet av CRM-system som Mailchimp, Voyado, Salesforce eller Hubspot Goda kunskaper i Excel och PowerPoint Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska Erfarenhet av enkätverktyg som Survey Monkey eller Netigate, eller liknande

Du trivs med att arbeta i olika system och har ett analytiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen behöver du vara noggrann, flexibel och ha lätt för att växla mellan olika arbetsuppgifter och perspektiv.
