Fostira x AI söker nu en driven och kreativ marknadsförare till vårt team i Stockholm. Vi söker dig som vill ta ett stort eget ansvar och vara med och utveckla marknadsföringen både för våra egna bolag och för våra kunder. I rollen får du vara med och fatta viktiga beslut kring hur vi syns, kommunicerar och når våra målgrupper. Du kommer inte bara att planera, utan också själv driva arbetet framåt och se till att idéerna blir verklighet. Om rollen Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära att planera och genomföra digitala kampanjer, skapa annonser och grafiskt material samt utveckla budskap och innehåll för olika digitala kanaler. Du kommer även att träffa och ha kontakt med kunder, diskutera idéer och behov och omsätta dem till konkreta marknadsföringsinsatser. En viktig del av rollen är att följa upp resultat, analysera vad som fungerar och löpande utveckla kampanjerna för att skapa bättre effekt. Vi söker därför dig som trivs lika bra med att diskutera strategi och idéer i ett kundmöte som med att själv sätta dig vid datorn och få arbetet gjort. Vem söker vi? Du har god förståelse för digital marknadsföring och annonsering och vet vilka KPI:er som är viktiga att följa. Du har känsla för både form, innehåll och budskap och förstår hur olika delar av marknadsföringen behöver samspela för att nå resultat. Du är nyfiken, självgående och tycker om att testa nya arbetssätt. Hos oss arbetar vi i ett högt tempo och använder modern teknik och AI-baserade verktyg som en naturlig del av vardagen. Därför tror vi att du både är intresserad av ny teknik och har lätt för att lära dig nya system och verktyg. Vi värdesätter initiativförmåga och resultat högre än ett långt CV.
