Blowtech är en ledande nordisk aktör inom teknisk formblåsning av plast och har lång erfarenhet av att utveckla och tillverka komplexa plastkomponenter. Företaget levererar bland annat komponenter till fordons- och industrikunder och har genom sin specialistkompetens inom formblåsning etablerat en stark position på den nordiska marknaden. I Gnosjö finns Blowtechs produktionsanläggning där cirka 100 personer arbetar. Verksamheten präglas av ett starkt tekniskt fokus, hög kvalitet och ett kontinuerligt arbete med att utveckla både produkter och produktionsprocesser. Sedan 2018 ingår Blowtech i XANO Industri AB, en börsnoterad industrikoncern som utvecklar och driver nischade teknikföretag inom bland annat tillverkning och utveckling för industrin. Om rollen Nu söker Blowtech en maskinställare till verksamheten i Gnosjö. Det här är en teknisk och varierad roll där du arbetar nära produktionen och ansvarar för att maskiner och processer fungerar som de ska. Som maskinställare kommer du framför allt att arbeta med verktygsbyten, uppstarter och felsökning. Du samarbetar även nära underhållstekniker och produktion för att säkerställa en stabil och effektiv tillverkningsprocess. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Byta verktyg och starta upp processer enligt planerade tider och fastställda kvalitetskrav Verifiera och dokumentera verktygsbyten och processuppstarter Felsöka och åtgärda maskinfel vid processproblem Rapportera maskinfel till underhållstekniker och planeringspersonal Vara behjälplig vid förebyggande underhåll på maskiner och utrustning Säkerställa att maskinerna körs med rätt cykeltid Rapportera material- och processrelaterade problem Arbeta tillsammans med underhållstekniker vid behov av underhåll och åtgärder

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av maskininställning, produktion eller liknande tekniskt arbete. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen behöver du ha en god teknisk förståelse och vara van vid att arbeta praktiskt med maskiner och processer. Vi ser som krav att du har: Erfarenhet av maskininställning eller liknande tekniskt produktionsarbete God kännedom om mekanik Kunskaper inom pneumatik och hydraulik Grundläggande kunskaper inom el Erfarenhet av felsökning och problemlösning kopplat till maskiner och processer Förmåga att arbeta noggrant och strukturerat

Meriterande och utvecklingsmöjligheter De mer avancerade delarna av rollen är inget krav från start, men är meriterande om du redan har erfarenhet av dem. För rätt person finns samtidigt möjlighet att utvecklas inom dessa områden över tid. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av: Att starta och justera robotprogram Robotprogrammering Plastprocesser och kunskap om olika plastmaterial Att programmera maskiner för nya produkter

Du har ett tekniskt intresse, tycker om att felsöka och lösa problem och tar ansvar för att arbetet blir rätt från början. Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt men också tillsammans med produktion och underhåll.
