Som biträdande restaurangchef på MAX är du en nyckelperson i verksamheten. Du ser till att restaurangdriften fungerar som den ska, säkerställer goda resultat och arbetsmiljö och ser till att gästen får en serviceupplevelse i världsklass. Du är en förebild i ditt ledarskap och självklart med och visar vägen för dina kollegor när tempot är högt. Du säkerställer också att alla medarbetare förstår vad som förväntas i arbetet med service. I rollen ingår det att du genomfört utbildningarna i vårt ledarskapsprogram MAX Leadership Academy, en gedigen introduktion till MAX verksamhet med både praktik och teori. Det finns dessutom mycket goda utvecklingsmöjligheter internt. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Bistå restaurangchefen med rekrytering, utbildning och utveckling av medarbetare. Vara väl insatt i personalstatus, schemaläggning, budget, driftsansvar och arbetsmiljöfrågor. Driva matsäkerhetsfrågor och genomföra åtgärder enligt centrala riktlinjer. Sätta, genomföra och följa upp högt ställda mål tillsammans med restaurangchefen. Sätta budget och prognoser för försäljning och arbetade timmar. Följa upp och kontrollera varor, lager, inköp, hantering och svinn på daglig basis. Planera, utforma och verkställa arbetsuppgifter för att nå mål och linjera med strategier och riktlinjer på ett produktivt och effektivt sätt. Coacha, motivera och utveckla dina medarbetare för att skapa ett vinnande team som överträffar gästernas förväntningar.

Ansvar & Befogenheter Fullt personalansvar och arbetsmiljöansvar. Ansvar för att restaurangen når sina prognoser och håller budget. Befogenhet att rekrytera inom befintlig budget. Du bor och verkar inom en timmes restid från restaurangen för att förstå närområdet och snabbt kunna vara på plats vid behov.

Övrigt Resor inom närområdet och inom landet kan förekomma. I rollen kommer du arbeta under varierande arbetstider som dagar, kvällar och helger.
