Vi söker nu en noggrann och serviceinriktad medarbetare till vår kunds inköpsavdelning i Arlandastad. Om rollen Som medarbetare på inköpsavdelningen ansvarar du för att ta emot och hantera leveranser samt säkerställa att varor registreras, kontrolleras och distribueras på ett effektivt sätt. Rollen kombinerar administrativa arbetsuppgifter med praktiskt lagerarbete och kräver både god datavana och ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Arbetet innebär även viss hantering av varor i frysmiljö samt mottagning av större leveranser, vilket ställer krav på god fysisk förmåga. Arbetsuppgifter Ta emot och kontrollera inkommande leveranser

Registrera och hantera varor i affärs- och lagersystem

Säkerställa att inköps- och lagerprocesser följs

Hantera och organisera varor på lager

Samverka med interna avdelningar för att säkerställa en effektiv materialförsörjning

Arbeta delvis i kyl- och frysmiljö

Arbetstider Heltid

Kvalifikationer God datavana och erfarenhet av att arbeta i digitala system

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

God fysisk förmåga då arbetet innefattar hantering av större leveranser

Strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande

Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team

Meriterande Erfarenhet från inköp, lager, logistik eller supply chain

Erfarenhet av lager- eller affärssystem

Erfarenhet av arbete inom livsmedel eller cateringverksamhet
