Om tjänsten Wrknest söker nu en engagerad medarbetare till ett växande bolag inom inkasso i Hammarby Sjöstad. Rollen passar dig som trivs med telefonkontakt, har en serviceinriktad inställning och vill vara med och bygga upp ett nytt team från start. Du anställs av Wrknest men arbetar som konsult ute hos vår kund. Som en del av outboundteamet kontaktar du kunder via telefon för att påminna om förfallna fakturor (precollection). Du arbetar målmedvetet mot uppsatta KPI:er och bidrar till gruppens gemensamma mål. Arbetstakten varierar: vissa perioder är det högt tempo med många samtal, andra perioder ger mer variation i arbetsuppgifterna. Teamet är nytt inom bolaget och börjar i liten skala för att sedan bli fler. Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter Du kommer bland annat att:

Ringa utgående samtal till kunder för att påminna om förfallna fakturor

Använda samtalsteknik och talmanus för att skapa en bra kundupplevelse

Samarbeta i ett team och aktivt bidra till en fungerande arbetsmiljö

Självständigt hantera din tid och flagga när du har kapacitet för fler ärenden

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av servicearbete över telefon

Är säljinriktad, kundorienterad och lösningsfokuserad

Trivs i ett högt tempo med många samtal och kan anpassa dig efter varierande arbetsbelastning

Arbetar gärna både självständigt och i team

Talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska

Har minst gymnasiekompetens

Praktisk information Arbetstiderna är kontorstider, 40 timmar i veckan, samt helgarbete ett tillfälle i månaden. Framåt kan det bli kvällsarbete någon dag i veckan till klockan 19. Tjänsten startar omgående. Bakgrundskontroll kommer genomföras i processen. Om bolaget Bolaget har cirka 35 medarbetare i ljusa och moderna lokaler i Hammarby Sjöstad, bara tio minuters promenad från Gullmarsplan.
