Undersköterskor, vårdbiträden & omsorgspersonal till vår medarbetarpool Nacka & Tyresö | 75–100 % | 6–10 tjänster Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB är ett etablerat hemtjänstföretag som grundades 2009. Idag är vi cirka 200 medarbetare och bedriver verksamhet från sex kontor i Nacka och Tyresö kommun. Nu stärker vi vår organisation genom att starta en medarbetarpool och söker därför 6–8 nya medarbetare som vill arbeta flexibelt mellan våra närliggande verksamheter. Om vår medarbetarpool Som medarbetare i poolen tillhör du Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB och har ett ordinarie kontor som du utgår ifrån, men din arbetsdag kan vid behov genomföras på något av våra andra närliggande kontor i Nacka eller Tyresö. Det innebär att du vid arbetsdagens start får information om var behovet finns och vilket kontor eller team du ska arbeta med under dagen. Du kan exempelvis börja arbetsdagen på ditt ordinarie kontor och därefter åka vidare till ett annat av våra kontor där behovet av personal är större just den dagen. Din arbetstid börjar när du infinner dig på ditt ordinarie arbetsställe enligt schema. Om arbetet kräver att du därefter förflyttar dig till ett annat kontor sker förflyttningen inom din betalda arbetstid. Poolen passar dig som uppskattar variation, är flexibel och snabbt kan komma in i olika arbetsgrupper och arbetsdagar. Vi erbjuder tjänster på 75–100 %, och för rätt personer finns möjlighet att arbeta upp till heltid. Om arbetet Som medarbetare hos oss arbetar du nära människor i deras vardag. Våra kunder behöver både omvårdnadsinsatser och serviceinsatser i och ibland utanför hemmet. Arbetet är varierande, självständigt och meningsfullt. Även om du arbetar i vår medarbetarpool är vårt mål alltid att skapa så hög kontinuitet som möjligt för både kunder och medarbetare. Du arbetar tillsammans med våra ordinarie team och får stöd av arbetsledare/samordnare och verksamhetschef. Vi söker dig som Är undersköterska, vårdbiträde eller har erfarenhet av arbete inom vård och omsorg Är positiv, trygg och ansvarstagande Har hög empatisk förmåga och ett genuint intresse för människor Är flexibel och trivs med att arbetsplats och arbetsgrupp kan variera Är stresstålig och kan ta egna initiativ Kan arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra Har ett respektfullt, professionellt och lyhört bemötande Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift Har B-körkort – obligatoriskt Tidigare erfarenhet av hemtjänst är meriterande.
