De är en välkänd och stabil aktör i fastighetsbranschen med långvariga relationer till några av Sveriges största fastighetsägare. Lokalguiden befinner sig i en expansiv fas och förstärker nu säljteamet med en Mediasäljare till Göteborgskontoret. Om rollen Som den nya Mediasäljaren hos Lokalguiden kommer du ansvara för försäljning inom följande geografiska områden: Södra Sverige Norra Sverige

Du arbetar med hela säljprocessen, från prospektering till avslut. Arbetet sker via telefon, digitala möten och fysiska kundbesök när det behövs. Fokus ligger på både nykundsbearbetning och att utveckla befintliga kundrelationer. Kunderna är främst fastighetsägare och företag som erbjuder liknande tjänster. Du utgår från kontoret i Göteborg där du arbetar 3 dagar och 2 från distans. Du har stor möjlighet att påverka hur du schemalägger dina kundmöten, men du behöver vara beredd på att resa. Samtidigt arbetar du mot tydliga mål och med stöd från ett erfaret säljteam. Du rapporterar till försäljningschef och arbetar nära kollegor inom både försäljning och marknad. Vi söker dig som: Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna inom B2B Är självgående, strukturerad och målinriktad Trivs med att arbeta både via telefon och genomföra fysiska möten Är långsiktig i dina kundrelationer och har ambition att stanna i rollen Har stark kommunikativ förmåga och ett professionellt affärsmannaskap Meriterande att ha erfarenhet från media- eller fastighetsbranschen (ej krav)

Vi tror att du är van vid ett högt arbetstempo, gillar att göra affärer och brinner för att skapa kundnytta och långsiktiga affärsrelationer. Du har ett starkt inre driv, men uppskattar också ett nära samarbete med kollegor. Lokalguiden erbjuder dig: Fast grundlön + tydlig och generös provisionsmodell Möten sker främst centralt. De har fått utmärkelsen Gasellföretag tre gånger, vilket har lett till att de har fått den ärofyllda titeln Mästergasell.
