Vi söker en medicinsk sekreterare Vill du ha ett omväxlande och stimulerande arbete där du får kombinera medicinsk administration med patientkontakt? Vi söker dig som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team och bidra till att vårdcentralens verksamhet fungerar smidigt och att våra patienter får ett gott bemötande. Om tjänsten Som medicinsk sekreterare har du en viktig och central roll i verksamheten. Du arbetar med sedvanliga administrativa uppgifter, samtidigt som du bemannar vår reception och möter våra patienter. Du är ofta den första personen patienten träffar när hen kommer till vårdcentralen och är därmed en viktig representant för verksamheten. Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och omfattar bland annat remisshantering i Webdoc, posthantering och scanning samt övriga administrativa uppgifter. I receptionen tar du emot patienter som kommer på drop-in eller har bokade besök och hjälper dem vidare på ett professionellt och serviceinriktat sätt. Rollen ställer krav på god organisationsförmåga, flexibilitet och förmåga att växla mellan administrativa uppgifter och direkt patientkontakt. Du är ett viktigt administrativt stöd för verksamheten och bidrar tillsammans med dina kollegor till en välfungerande vårdcentral med patienten i fokus. Om dig Vi söker dig som har vårddokumentationsutbildning på högskolenivå eller KY-/YH-utbildning till medicinsk sekreterare. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt god IT-vana. Erfarenhet av journalsystemet Webdoc är meriterande. Det är inget krav att du tidigare har arbetat på vårdcentral, men erfarenhet från primärvården är självklart en fördel. Som person är du serviceinriktad, flexibel och ansvarstagande. Du är noggrann, har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor. Du har ett professionellt och vänligt bemötande, tycker om att möta människor och har förmåga att skapa trygghet och ge god service även när tempot är högt.
