Primärvården består av 21 offentligt drivna vårdcentraler, 1177, primärvårdsrehab, familjehälsan och En väg in för barn och unga med psykisk ohälsa. Vi är en verksamhet i ständig utveckling, med målet att vara nära kronobergaren – genom hela livet. Vårt uppdrag är att skapa goda förutsättningar för våra patienter – att kronobergarna får rätt vård och behandling, i rätt tid av bästa möjliga kompetens.

Till vårdcentralen Sländan med filial Lidhult söker vi en medicinsk sekreterare. Hos oss är du en viktig del av verksamheten och bidrar varje dag till att skapa en trygg och välfungerande vård för våra patienter. Vi värdesätter ett gott samarbete, hjälpsamhet och en positiv arbetsmiljö.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som medicinsk sekreterare ansvarar du för vårdadministrativa uppgifter kopplade till patientbesök. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat journalskrivning, tidsbokningar och hantering av väntelistor. Du fungerar även som ett viktigt administrativt stöd till övriga medarbetare och chef på vårdcentralen. Arbetet är omväxlande och innebär både självständigt ansvar och nära samarbete med andra yrkesgrupper.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som:

· Har utbildning som medicinsk sekreterare eller vårdadministratör

· Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

· Är van vid att arbeta i olika IT-system. Erfarenhet av Cambio Cosmic är meriterande

· Arbetar strukturerat och noggrant och har god organisationsförmåga

· Har lätt för att samarbeta och är flexibel i din yrkesroll

· Trivs med att ge god service och möta både patienter och kollegor på ett professionellt och trevligt sätt
