Om verksamheten Vårdcentral Vansbro är en glesbygdsvårdcentral i natursköna Västerdalarna, med cirka 6500 listade patienter. Hos oss arbetar bland andra läkare, sjuksköterskor, distriktssköterskor, barnmorskor, undersköterskor, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut, samtalsterapeut och medicinska sekreterare. Vi erbjuder en god och utvecklande arbetsmiljö med fokus på service och gott bemötande - där vi tillsammans strävar efter att göra det bästa för våra patienter. Arbetsuppgifter Som medicinsk sekreterare hos oss får du omväxlande och intressanta arbetsuppgifter. Tillsammans med övriga medicinska sekreterare är du ett administrativt stöd och en viktig resurs för hela vårdcentralen. Du samarbetar nära med övriga yrkeskategorier och bidrar till en smidig, effektiv verksamhet och god patientkontakt. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat receptionsarbete, journaldokumentation, remiss- och posthantering, telefonsamtal samt systemadministration. Journaldokumentationsarbetet sker i samverkan med övriga vårdcentraler i region dalarna. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är utbildad medicinsk sekreterare, med någon av följande utbildningar: · Medicinska sekreterarprogrammet 120 hp · Vårdadministrativa programmet 180 hp · Medicinsk sekreterare YH 400 p · 1-årig eftergymnasial vårddokumentationsutbildning Arbetet är omväxlande och kräver förmåga att självständigt prioritera och organisera olika arbetsuppgifter. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet och intervjuer sker löpande under ansökningstiden.
