Om oss Barn- och ungdomspsykiatriska kliniken i Sörmland söker en medicinsk sekreterare (vikariat) till öppenvårdsmottagningen i Eskilstuna. Vi strävar efter att erbjuda god psykiatrisk specialistvård till Sörmlands barn och ungdomar. Vår målsättning är att erbjuda ett brett utbud av olika behandlingsmetoder och låta aktuell forskning vara vägledande för vårt arbete. Vi har högt i tak, skrattar ofta och är måna om att hålla en god trivsel på jobbet. Alla medarbetare ska känna sig stöttade i svåra arbetsuppgifter och kunna vända sig till sina kollegor för vägledning och hjälp vid behov.

Dina arbetsuppgifter Sedvanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter för medicinsk sekreterare på en öppenvårdsmottagning där bland annat kontakt med patienter/vårdnadshavare i telefon och reception är en stor del. Du är behjälplig med administrativa frågor till mottagningens behandlare. Övriga administrativa arbetsuppgifter görs också såsom bokningar, kallelser, diktatskrivning, registreringar, posthantering mm.

Vi söker dig Du är utbildad medicinsk sekreterare, gärna med erfarenhet av arbete inom hälso- och sjukvården. Om du arbetat på en öppenvårdsmottagning och/eller psykiatrin är det meriterande. Vi söker dig som är noggrann, flexibel och stresstålig. Du behöver ha god social förmåga och tycka om att ge bra service till både medarbetare och patienter. Vi tycker det är viktigt att alla våra patienter och deras anhöriga ska få ett gott bemötande och vi förutsätter att du kan bidra till det. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Inför tillsättning av tjänst kommer vi att begära utdrag ur misstanke- och belastningsregister.

Anställningsform Vi erbjuder ett vikariat på ett år med tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
