Yrkeshögskolan inom Irisgruppen (Iris Hadar och Medlearn) erbjuder utbildningar som leder till jobb och utvecklas i nära samarbete med arbetslivet. Vi växer och söker därför ytterligare en engagerad YH-koordinator som vill spela en nyckelroll i vår verksamhet. Hos oss får du arbeta i en utvecklingsorienterad miljö där kvalitet, samverkan och studerandes framgång står i fokus. Hos oss får du en central roll med många kontaktytor och möjlighet att påverka verksamheten. Om rollen Som YH-koordinator ansvarar du för antagning, administration och samordning genom hela utbildningsprocessen, från ansökan till examen. Du arbetar nära studerande, utbildningsledare och utbildare för att skapa en välfungerande utbildningsverksamhet. Arbetsplatsen är hybrid, initialt på någon av våra skolor med möjlighet till arbete hemifrån. ArbetsuppgifterAdministrera antagning, bedöma ansökningar och behörigheter samt ta beslut utifrån antagningskriterierna för utbildningen specifikt och Yrkeshögskolan i allmänhet Följa upp antagningsprocessen, från ansökan till antagningsbesked och kursstart Övriga administrativa uppgifter som CSN, studerandeärenden och dokumentation Ge stöd till studerande, utbildare och utbildningsledare Bidra till kvalitetssäkring och uppföljning enligt YH-myndighetens krav när det gäller våra utbildningar Medverka i informations- och marknadsföringsinsatser

Vi söker dig som Är strukturerad, noggrann och serviceinriktad Har dokumenterat god administrativ förmåga och trivs med många kontaktytor Är initiativrik, lösningsorienterad och samarbetsinriktad Trivs i en verksamhet som utvecklas och förändras Har en god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska, och ibland även på engelska Har en lättsam och positiv personlighet och bidrar till en trivsam och öppen arbetsmiljö Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av administration inom vuxenutbildning

MeriterandeUtbildning som studie- och yrkesvägledare Erfarenhet från yrkeshögskola eller annan vuxenutbildning Erfarenhet av studerandeadministration, antagning eller utbildningssamordning God vana av digitala verktyg, exempelvis studiedokumentationssystem, officepaketet och Teams
