Medlearn söker timanställda pedagogiska stödpersoner till våra vårdutbildningar i Göteborg. Du kommer att arbeta med elever som läser inom vård och omsorg och ge stöd utifrån deras individuella behov och studieplan.

Som pedagogiskt stöd handleder och stöttar du elever i deras studier. Det kan exempelvis handla om språkstöd, studiestöd, studieteknik och att hitta strategier för att planera och genomföra studierna. Du uppmuntrar eleverna till delaktighet, motivation och engagemang i utbildningen.

Arbetet sker på plats i vår skola i Göteborg. Det kan även förekomma att du besöker elever på deras APL-plats.

I ditt arbete samverkar du med yrkeslärare och övrig personal för att ge eleverna bästa möjliga förutsättningar att klara sin utbildning. Utbildningen bedrivs i små grupper eller individuellt, vilket ger goda möjligheter att arbeta flexibelt och individanpassat.

Vi använder digitala verktyg och en modern lärplattform, och det är därför viktigt att du känner dig trygg med digitala arbetssätt. Din profilMinst 60 högskolepoäng inom pedagogik Minst ett års yrkeserfarenhet på heltid inom pedagogisk verksamhet God datavana och vana av digitala verktyg Erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning är meriterande Erfarenhet av att undervisa eller ge stöd i svenska är meriterande Du är flexibel, kreativ, ansvarstagande och strukturerad Du trivs med att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer med elever, kollegor och uppdragsgivare Du har ett genuint intresse för elevers lärande och pedagogiskt stöd
