Din nya arbetsplats Inom vår fordonsverkstad utför vi löpande service och reparationer av personbilar, lätta- och tyngre transportbilar samt övrig maskinutrustning. Arbetsgruppen i sektionen består idag av två koordinatorer/kundmottagare och tre mekaniker, som tillsammans servar och lagar nästan alla kommunens fordon och maskiner. Varje dag passerar ett stort antal fordon genom vår verkstad, där vi ständigt strävar efter att leverera bästa möjliga service till bästa möjliga pris. Så här bidrar du i rollen som Mekaniker Som mekaniker hos oss får du arbeta brett med kommunens maskinpark. Tunga maskiner och småmaskiner är kärnan i tjänsten, vilket innebär att du får använda din kompetens inom bland annat mekanik, hydraulik och el. Du kan exempelvis arbeta med: • Lastbilar • Svets och tillverkning • Hjullastare • Väghyvlar • Andra entreprenad- och arbetsmaskiner • Reparera redskap till entreprenad och tunga maskiner • Motorsågar • Gräsklippare • Andra mindre motor- och trädgårdsmaskiner • Personbilar och lätta fordon vid behov Din kompetens och erfarenhet Vi söker en kvalificerad servicetekniker/reparatör med bred erfarenhet inom service och reparationer av olika typer av fordon. Du har gymnasieutbildning och erfarenhet av arbete i fordons- och /eller maskinverkstad. Rollen ställer krav på svenska i både tal och skrift samt grundläggande datakunskaper. B-körkort är ett krav. Det är meriterande med: • Fordonsmekanisk utbildning • EV- utbildning • Svetsutbildning/certifikat • Traverskort • Truckkort • Erfarenhet av entreprenadmaskiner och andra tunga arbetsmaskiner. • Erfarenhet av hydraulik • Erfarenhet av el och felsökning. • Erfarenhet av Småmotorer och småmaskiner • Längre arbete i fordons-/maskinverkstad • C-körkort eller andra körkort. För att trivas i rollen är du initiativtagande, självgående och tar ansvar för ditt arbete. Du har förmåga att prioritera och arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du är en lagspelare som tycker om att arbeta med andra människor för att nå gemensamma mål. Du ser möjligheter i förändringar och har lätt för att anpassa dig till ändrade omständigheter samt tar initiativ till aktiviteter för att främja resultat och kvalité.
