Nu söker vi för kunds räkning en driven säljare som vill bli en viktig del av ett snabbväxande performance marketing bolag. Vår kund är specialiserad på Meta Ads och Content och hjälper framför allt e-handelsbolag att växa lönsamt genom datadriven digital marknadsföring. Bolaget är grundat av seniora experter inom området och befinner sig nu i en spännande tillväxtfas. Det här är en unik möjlighet för dig som vill komma in tidigt och vara med och bygga upp försäljningen från grunden.

Om rollen Som Meta Ads Säljare blir du bolagets första säljare och får ett stort ansvar för att driva nykundsförsäljningen framåt. Du kommer att ansvara för hela säljprocessen, från prospektering till avslutad affär.

Rollen innebär bland annat att: Identifiera och prospektera nya potentiella kunder

Kontakta beslutsfattare och boka möten

Genomföra behovsanalyser och säljmöten

Presentera lösningar inom Meta Ads, content och performance marketing

Driva affärer från första kontakt till signerat avtal

Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer

Vara med och utveckla säljprocesser, struktur och arbetssätt

På sikt få du vara med och bygga upp och utveckla ett säljteam. Du får en central roll i bolagets fortsatta tillväxt och stora möjligheter att påverka hur försäljningsorganisationen ska utvecklas framåt. Rollen är helt på distans.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har cirka 1–3 års erfarenhet av B2B försäljning och som vill ta nästa steg i din utveckling.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du: Är självgående och van vid att ta eget ansvar

Är resultatinriktad och tävlingsinriktad

Motiveras av tydliga mål och att följa dina resultat

Är social, kommunikativ och har lätt för att skapa relationer

Är trygg i kontakt med beslutsfattare

Är coachbar och tycker om att utvecklas genom feedback

Trivs i en entreprenöriell miljö med högt tempo

Har ett starkt driv och vilja att utvecklas inom försäljning
