Vi arbetar nära långvariga kunder inom industriell tillverkning och hjälper dem att möta ökande krav på klimatredovisning, materialeffektivitet och hållbart byggande. Vår kund bygger upp sin europeiska produktionsbas i Eskilstuna, där de två första fabrikerna redan är under uppförande. Inför ett nytt uppdrag för vår kund med start 2027 utökar vi vårt team med en miljöingenjör / LCA-analytiker.

Rollen Du kommer att leda livscykelanalyser och miljöanalyser för bygg- och industrianläggningsprojekt och arbeta direkt med våra kunders projekt- och hållbarhetsteam. Rollen kombinerar teknisk analys med rådgivning, och du hjälper kunderna att förstå miljöpåverkan av sina material- och utformningsval. Arbetsuppgifter Genomföra livscykelanalyser enligt ISO 14040/14044 och SS-EN 15978 för byggnader och industrianläggningar Upprätta klimatdeklarationer och stötta arbete med miljöcertifiering (t.ex. Miljöbyggnad, BREEAM) Utvärdera och tolka EPD:er och materialdata samt ge råd om materialalternativ med lägre miljöpåverkan Samla in och strukturera miljödata från leverantörer, entreprenörer och produktionsprocesser Stötta kunder med beräkningar av klimatavtryck och hållbarhetsrapportering, inklusive krav kopplade till CSRD Skriva tydliga tekniska rapporter och presentera resultat för kunder och projektgrupper

Kvalifikationer Civilingenjörsexamen/masterexamen eller högre inom materialvetenskap, miljöteknik, kemiteknik eller närliggande område God förståelse för material, deras produktionsprocesser och miljöpåverkan Erfarenhet av LCA-metodik och minst ett LCA-verktyg (t.ex. SimaPro, Sphera/GaBi, openLCA eller One Click LCA) Stark analytisk förmåga och förmåga att kommunicera tekniska resultat till icke-specialister Flytande engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av industriella eller batterirelaterade material Kunskap om svenska regler för klimatdeklaration av byggnader Kunskaper i mandarin

We work closely with long-standing clients in industrial manufacturing, helping them meet growing demands on climate reporting, material efficiency and sustainable construction. We have a long-standing collaboration with our client, a leading manufacturer of separator film for lithium-ion batteries. Our client is building its European production base in Eskilstuna, with its first two factories there already under construction. Ahead of a new assignment for our client starting in 2027, we are expanding our team with an Environmental Engineer / LCA Analyst. The role You will lead life cycle assessments and environmental analyses for construction and industrial facility projects, working directly with our clients' project and sustainability teams. The role combines technical analysis with advisory work, and you will help clients understand the environmental impact of their material and design choices. Responsibilities · Perform life cycle assessments according to ISO 14040/14044 and EN 15978 for buildings and industrial facilities · Prepare climate declarations (klimatdeklarationer) and support environmental certification work (e.g. Miljöbyggnad, BREEAM) · Evaluate and interpret EPDs and material data, and advise on lower-impact material alternatives · Collect and structure environmental data from suppliers, contractors and production processes · Support clients with carbon footprint calculations and sustainability reporting, including CSRD-related requirements · Write clear technical reports and present results to clients and project teams Qualifications · Master's degree or higher in materials science, environmental engineering, chemical engineering or a related field · Solid understanding of materials, their production processes and environmental impacts · Experience with LCA methodology and at least one LCA tool (e.g. SimaPro, Sphera/GaBi, openLCA or One Click LCA) · Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-specialists · Fluent in English, spoken and written Meritorious · Experience with industrial or battery-related materials · Knowledge of Swedish regulations on climate declarations for buildings · Mandarin language skills Employment terms · Type: Permanent position (tillsvidareanställning), full-time · Start: By agreement · Location: Eskilstuna, with travel to client sites as needed · Salary: Individual salary according to agreement How to apply Send your CV and a short cover letter to [email protected] no later than 15th Jan, 2027.
