Nu söker vi en engagerad och serviceinriktad modesäljare som vill bli en del av vårt team i Karlshamn och vara med och utveckla butiken vidare. Om jobbet Som modesäljare hos Rågårds är kunden alltid i fokus. Du hjälper och inspirerar våra kunder till rätt köp och bidrar till att skapa en butik som känns välkomnande, inspirerande och aktuell. Dina arbetsuppgifter består bland annat av: Försäljning och personlig service Att inspirera och hjälpa våra kunder med kläder, stil och passform Varuhantering och exponering av varor Att hålla butiken inspirerande och välkomnande Att tillsammans med dina kollegor arbeta mot butikens försäljningsmål Att bidra med innehåll till butikens Instagram och sociala medier

Vi arbetar aktivt med Instagram för att inspirera våra kunder, visa nyheter och skapa aktivitet kring butiken. Därför ser vi gärna att du tycker att sociala medier är roligt och vill vara delaktig i att skapa bilder, filmer, Reels och annat innehåll från butiken. Vem söker vi? Vi tror att du: Är positiv, driven och ansvarstagande Tycker om försäljning och att möta människor Har ett stort intresse för mode och personlig service Tar egna initiativ och ser vad som behöver göras Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra Gärna har ett intresse för Instagram och sociala medier

Tidigare erfarenhet från butik eller försäljning är meriterande, men din personlighet, ditt engagemang och din känsla för service är minst lika viktiga för oss. Omfattning Tjänsten är på deltid, cirka 9 timmar per vecka. Arbetstiden kan under vissa perioder utökas, exempelvis vid semestrar, sjukfrånvaro och försäljningstoppar.
