Molnet Personlig assistans är en assistansanordnare för personer som är berättigad till personlig assistans enligt LSS Lagen om Stöd och Service till vissa funktionshindrade. Vår verksamhet kännetecknas av flexibla lösningar med hög kvalitet, tillgänglighet och stort engagemang för både kunder och assistenter. Vi söker nu engagerade och pålitliga timvikarier till en av våra kunder med personlig assistans. Som personlig assistent arbetar du i kundens hem och närmiljö med att ge stöd i vardagen. Arbetsuppgifterna kan variera beroende på kundens behov men handlar ofta om att bistå med personlig omvårdnad, kommunikation, förflyttningar, aktiviteter och hushållssysslor. Du arbetar i nära samarbete med kunden och är en viktig del av deras liv och självständighet. Du bör vara en person som är lyhörd, positiv, empatisk, trygg och lugn samt har ett stort engagemang för yrket som personlig assistent. Att kunna vara flexibel och tillgänglig ses som mycket positivt. Viktigt att du förstår vikten av att vara professionell i din yrkesroll. Du bör även vara ansvarsfull, kunna arbeta självständigt och lösa uppgifter på egen hand i samråd med kunden.
