Vi på JOAB fortsätter att expandera och växlar nu upp genom att utöka vårt team då vi även utökar med en helt ny produktionslina.

Beskrivning

Som montör hos oss blir du en viktig del av vår tillväxtresa. Är du en person som gillar att skruva, meka och se resultatet av ditt arbete? Har du en stark arbetsmoral och är inte rädd för att ta i? Då kan det vara dig vi söker!

JOAB är inne i en spännande expansiv fas och vi utökar nu verksamheten med en helt ny produktionslina. Därför söker vi nu flera nya kollegor till vårt team av montörer. Vi letar efter dig som har ett genuint intresse för teknik och som trivs i en miljö där det händer mycket.

Hos oss är det viktigaste att du har rätt inställning, är nyfiken på att lära dig och gillar att jobba tillsammans med andra för att nå gemensamma mål.

Arbetsuppgifter

Tjänsten innebär montering av våra påbyggnader, lastväxlare, liftar, flak och kranar med tillhörande utrustning på olika lastbilschassier. Vi jobbar i team och hjälps åt för att hålla en hög kvalitet och effektivitet.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid att du har ett ekonomiskt tänk i ditt arbete, det innebär att du är rädd om material och verktyg samt förstår värdet av en välplanerad arbetsprocess. Hos oss får du ett varierat jobb där du får använda både huvudet och händerna,

och där du får vara med och påverka hur vi bygger upp arbetet på den nya linan.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har en grundläggande fordonsteknisk förståelse och vet hur en lastbil fungerar. Har du en bakgrund inom fordon eller industri är det ett stort plus. Kanske har du jobbat några år med linjebaserad montering, mekat professionellt eller har ett djupt intresse

för mekanik på fritiden. Har du dessutom koll på hydraulik eller fordonsel? Ännu bättre! Om du har lastbilskörkort eller utbildning för truck och travers så är det också ett extra plus i kanten. Men viktigast för oss är att du är en person som ser vad som behöver göras,

har ett inre driv att hålla tempot uppe och trivs med att samarbeta i grupp.

Vi erbjuder en visstidsanställning med goda möjligheter till tillsvidareanställning i ett stabilt och växande företag. JOAB har kollektivavtal, Teknikavtalet IF Metall.
