Hydroware utvecklar, tillverkar och säljer högteknologiska driv- och styrsystem för hissar. Genom stark fokusering på energi- och resurseffektivisering tillsammans med hissens reskomfort är vi idag en ledande leverantör till hissföretagen. Hydroware är ett företag som tar stor hänsyn till en hållbar utveckling, och verkar för att hissbranschen i stort skall inta en inriktning som leder till mer modulära hissar med standardiserade gränssnitt. Cirkulär ekonomi är en ledstjärna för oss. Idag är vi ca 200 medarbetare i gruppen. Vi har huvudkontor i Alvesta och finns även i Södertälje, Storbritannien, Tyskland, Nederländerna och Italien. Våra kunder är både stora och små hissföretag och vår försäljning sker till drygt 50 länder runt om i världen. Vi omsätter ca 500 MSEK och har ambitioner att fortsätta vår historia av god tillväxt. För att säkerställa att vi även i framtiden har de bästa produkterna på marknaden satsar vi stora resurser på produktutveckling och att skapa morgondagens hissar. Nu söker vi fler montörer till vår produktion på Hydroware i Alvesta! Om tjänstenSom montör i vår produktion arbetar du framför allt med montering, både mekanisk och inom el på våra stationer i produktionen. Just nu söker vi montörer till flera av våra avdelningar i produktionen. Arbetsuppgifterna kommer vara att koppla eller montera ordrar enligt tillhörande kopplingstabell och tillverkningsorder, men även andra arbetsuppgifter kan förekomma. Vi söker dig som är noggrann, ansvarstagande och målinriktad. Du förstår vikten av ett bra samarbete och ser lagets mål som ditt mål - we build together. Du är också flexibel, hjälper gärna till där det behövs och kan anpassa dig till nya förutsättningar och utmaningar. Viktigast av allt - du får jobbet gjort i tid! Vi ser gärna att du som söker har erfarenhet från liknande arbeten. Allra helst har du en utbildning inom el från exempelvis gymnasiet eller har du jobbat med el montering och har därmed kännedom om verktyg. Framför allt lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och att du lever efter våra värderingar. Avslutad gymnasieutbildning inom något område, samt goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift är ett krav.
