Varmt välkommen till oss på förskolan Barnens MontessoriAkademi Torstenssonsgatan. Förskolan befinner sig i ett vackert sekelskifteshus på Östermalm med närhet till Djurgårdens grönska, parker och muséer. Vi sätter barnen i centrum och vår mångsidiga verksamhet skapar möjligheter för varje barn att utvecklas och hitta sina intressen. Vår verksamhet grundar sig på montessoripedagogiken och Lpfö18. På förskolan finns 40 barn på två avdelningar, Månen 1-3 år och Solen 3-6 år. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som... -är utbildad barnskötare med utbildning inom montessoripedagogiken eller är diplomerad montessoripedagog. Vi sätter stort värde på en utbildning inom montessoripedagogiken och mångårig erfarenhet av arbete i Montessoriförskola. -är målmedveten och tycker det är roligt med utvecklingsarbete -vill jobba med våra äldsta i förskolan -är ansvarstagande och har erfarenhet av att leda kollegor inom montessoripedagogiken -med glädje och engagemang aktivt bidrar till förskolans pedagogiska arbete. Ditt fokus ligger på barnens bästa -brinner för barns utveckling och lärande -är trygg i dig själv och som uppskattar en lugn arbetsmiljö -har en god samarbetsförmåga och skapar goda relationer med både barn, kollegor och vårdnadshavare -har stor erfarenhet av att hålla utvecklingssamtal och av systematiskt kvalitetsarbete -har blick för ”ordning” och det lilla extra. Vi värnar om en vacker och välskött inomhusmiljö -tycker om att vara ute och bedriva utbildning utomhus -har goda datorkunskaper och digital kompetens -kommunicerar mycket väl i tal och skrift i det svenska språket. Om tjänsten -Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med inledande provanställning. -Tjänsten är på vår äldrebarnsavdelning. -Du får trevliga kollegor som värnar om ett gott arbetsklimat. Vi har ett nära samarbete mellan pedagoger och rektor. Barnens MontessoriAkademi AB (huvudman) erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag, arbetskläder, fortbildning och pedagogiska måltider. Kollektivavtal finns.
