Mottagningssamordnare – Infrastruktur / Tekniska projekt Vi söker nu en erfaren mottagningssamordnare till ett långsiktigt uppdrag inom infrastruktur och tekniska projekt hos en större organisation med ett samhällsviktigt uppdrag. Uppdraget är på heltid och sträcker sig över en längre period med goda möjligheter till förlängning. Om uppdraget I rollen som mottagningssamordnare arbetar du i gränssnittet mellan projekt och förvaltning och ansvarar för att koordinera mottagning av bygg- och anläggningsprojekt. Du blir en viktig länk i arbetet med att säkerställa att projekt överlämnas på ett strukturerat och kvalitetssäkrat sätt till förvaltande organisation. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med flera olika funktioner och intressenter och ställer höga krav på struktur, kommunikation och samordning. Du kommer att arbeta både operativt och koordinerande samt bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt och processer kopplade till mottagning och överlämning. Arbetsuppgifter i urval

Planera, koordinera och kvalitetssäkra mottagning av bygg- och anläggningsprojekt

Fungera som samordnande länk mellan projektorganisation och förvaltning

Medverka i leveransplanering och överlämningsprocesser

Leda och koordinera granskningsprocess av teknisk dokumentation

Utföra stickprovskontroller av dokumentation

Hantera frågor kopplade till dokumentation och mottagning

Leda arbets- och samverkansgrupper

Delta i erfarenhetsåterföring och utveckling av processer

Bidra till utveckling och förankring av arbetssätt kopplat till överlämning och mottagning

Kravprofil Obligatoriska krav

Minst 2 års högskoleutbildning inom samhällsbyggnad, bygg, anläggning eller motsvarande teknisk utbildning

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av dokumenthantering inom industri, infrastruktur eller byggprojekt

Minst 2 års erfarenhet i rollen som mottagningssamordnare, mottagningskoordinator eller överlämningskoordinator

Meriterande

Erfarenhet från projekt inom fastigheter, bana, el, signal eller tele inom spåranläggningar
