Vill du inspirera elever att utveckla sin kreativitet och upptäcka glädjen i musik? Nu söker vi en musiklärare till Mogärdeskolan och Norrgårdsskolan. Under det här läsåret undervisar du på båda skolorna. Inför nästa läsår är planen att samla all musikundervisning på Mogärdeskolan, när den nya musiksalen står klar. Musiksalen blir en del av de lokaler som nu renoveras och där skolan kommer att samverka med Kulturskolan. Mogärdeskolan ligger centralt i Vetlanda och har cirka 250 elever från förskoleklass till årskurs sex. Integrerat i skolans lokaler finns även en anpassad grundskola med inriktning ämnen. Här finns flera nationaliteter och språk representerade, och skolan arbetar aktivt med språk- och kunskapsutvecklande arbetssätt. På Norrgårdsskolan arbetar vi för att eleverna ska känna trygghet, nyfikenhet och lust att lära. Vi ser varandra som tillgångar och arbetar lösningsfokuserat för att skapa goda relationer och ge eleverna möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina förutsättningar. Som musiklärare… planerar och genomför du undervisning i musik för elever i årskurs 3–6. Du skapar inspirerande och lärorika lektioner där eleverna får möjlighet att sjunga och spela, skapa och improvisera samt upptäcka olika sorters musik och instrument. Du ger eleverna möjlighet att utveckla både sina musikaliska förmågor och sina kunskaper om musikens funktion och betydelse i olika sammanhang. Undervisningen planerar du utifrån läroplanens mål och anpassar efter elevernas olika behov och förutsättningar. I uppdraget ingår också att dokumentera och följa upp elevernas utveckling. Du samarbetar med lärare och övriga kollegor och bidrar till skolornas gemensamma arbete för en trygg, stimulerande och inkluderande lärmiljö. Vi söker dig som… är trygg, lyhörd och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer med elever och kollegor. Du har förmåga att väcka nyfikenhet, skapa engagemang och göra eleverna delaktiga i undervisningen. Med goda ämneskunskaper och ett strukturerat arbetssätt leder du undervisningen på ett tydligt och inspirerande sätt.
