Vi söker en Nattklubbs- och Sociala Medier-ansvarig till Gretas i Göteborg! Är du en passionerad, driven ledare som älskar nattliv och vet exakt hur man skapar engagerande innehåll på TikTok och Instagram? Gretas nattklubb har spridit glädje, kärlek och gemenskap i centrala Göteborg sedan 1997. Nu söker vi en Nattklubbsansvarig som inte bara leder våra pulserande klubbkvällar på plats, utan också driver vår digitala närvaro till nästa nivå.

Om rollen I den här kombinerade rollen har du det operativa ansvaret på golvet under våra klubbhelger, samtidigt som du är ansiktet utåt och rösten bakom våra digitala kanaler under veckorna. Du ser till att Gretas levererar en inkluderande, trygg och fantastisk festupplevelse – både på plats och i telefonen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Sociala Medier & Content: Planera, skapa och publicera engagerande innehåll (främst Reels, Instagram och TikTok) som speglar Gretas unika stämning. Du sköter även interaktion med följare och uppdaterar gästlistor digitalt. Operativ ledning: Leda och peppa personalen på golvet (bartenders, garderobiärer och diskare) under fredags- och lördagskvällar. Koncept & Event: Planera temakvällar, samarbeta med våra DJ:s och boka underhållning som passar Gretas identitet. Säkerhet & Inkludering: Upprätthålla en trygg miljö i nära samarbete med ordningsvakter.

Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av ledarskap inom nattklubb, bar eller restaurang. Är en fena på sociala medier och har koll på trender, rörligt material och hur man bygger ett community digitalt. Brinner för att skapa bra stämning på Gretas Är extremt stresstålig, lösningsorienterad och van vid sena helgnätter. Är kreativ, kommunikativ och sprider en positiv energi till både personal, gäster och följare.
