Jefferson Wells söker nu en NCR & Omarbetningskoordinator för ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos Siemens Energy i Finspång. Är du en strukturerad och lösningsorienterad person med erfarenhet från kvalitets-, tillverknings- eller produktionsmiljöer? Då kan detta vara nästa steg i din karriär. Om rollen Som NCR & Omarbetningskoordinator ansvarar du för att samordna och driva icke-överensstämmelserapporter (NCR) och omarbetningsaktiviteter från start till avslut. Du säkerställer kvalitet, framdrift och tvärfunktionellt samarbete genom att koordinera berörda intressenter, följa upp korrigerande åtgärder och verifiera att genomförda insatser ger önskat resultat.

Rollen innebär även att bidra till verksamhetens kontinuerliga förbättringsarbete genom att analysera återkommande problem, identifiera trender och förbättra processprestanda.

Dina arbetsuppgifter * Koordinera och driva NCR-processer från identifiering till avslut * Säkerställa framdrift i omarbetningsaktiviteter och korrigerande åtgärder * Samverka med olika funktioner inom organisationen för att lösa kvalitetsrelaterade frågor * Genomföra uppföljning och verifiering av genomförda åtgärder * Analysera rotorsaker och bidra till förbättringsinitiativ * Följa upp nyckeltal och identifiera förbättringsområden

Vi söker dig som har * 3-5 års erfarenhet från kvalitets-, tillverknings- eller produktionsmiljö * Erfarenhet av NCR-hantering och rotorsaksanalys (RCA) * God förmåga att koordinera aktiviteter och driva frågor till avslut * Stark kommunikativ förmåga och erfarenhet av att samarbeta med olika intressenter * Erfarenhet av SAP, vilket ses som meriterande * Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är: * Strukturerad och organiserad * Proaktiv och initiativtagande * Analytisk med god problemlösningsförmåga * Relationsskapande och samarbetsorienterad * Van att hantera flera prioriteringar samtidigt utan att tappa fokus på kvalitet och resultat
