The posting

Mobergsskolan är en fristående skola för årskurs 7–9 på Öster i Växjö. Hos oss arbetar vi nära varandra och hjälps åt för att skapa en trygg skoldag och undervisning som får eleverna att utvecklas. Om tjänsten Vi söker en lärare som kan undervisa i NO och teknik i årskurs 7–9. Tjänsten omfattar cirka 60 procent NO och 40 procent teknik. Vi är också öppna för andra lösningar om du har behörighet i något av ämnena men inte i båda. Du planerar, genomför och följer upp din undervisning utifrån elevernas olika förutsättningar. I rollen ingår att skapa struktur och arbetsro i klassrummet, väcka elevernas nyfikenhet och hjälpa dem att förstå och använda sina kunskaper. Du samarbetar nära med kollegor och skolledning kring både undervisning och elevernas skolsituation. Vem vi söker Vi söker dig som är trygg i ditt ledarskap och tycker om att undervisa ungdomar i högstadieåldern. Du kan vara tydlig med förväntningar och ramar samtidigt som du bygger goda relationer med eleverna. Du tar ansvar för din undervisning, kommunicerar väl med vårdnadshavare och ber om stöd eller samarbetar med kollegor när det behövs. Du har lärarlegitimation och behörighet i NO-ämnena och/eller teknik. Erfarenhet av undervisning i årskurs 7–9 är meriterande. Tillträdesdatum: enligt överenskommelse, men senast 2 november. Hos oss På en liten skola blir samarbetet viktigt. Vi vill att du ska kunna bidra med dina ämneskunskaper och idéer, men också känna att det finns kollegor att planera, diskutera och lösa vardagens frågor tillsammans med.
