Vi söker en noggrann, strukturerad och serviceminded administratör till ett uppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Kista. Plats: Kista, Stockholm( ej distansarbete ) Omfattning: 6 timmar per dag Uppdragslängd: 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning Start: Omgående Rollen passar dig som trivs med tydliga rutiner, administrativa arbetsuppgifter och att arbeta metodiskt med hög kvalitet. Du har även en positiv och serviceminded inställning i samarbetet med kollegor och andra interna funktioner. Om rollen Du kommer framför allt att arbeta med enklare orderadministration och märkning av inkommande beställningar. Arbetet innebär bland annat att:

Hantera och kontrollera orderinformation i olika system

Hämta ordernummer och ID-uppgifter

Skapa och skriva ut etiketter

Märka och sortera beställningar

Säkerställa att information och märkning blir korrekt

Samarbeta med kundservice, distribution och andra interna funktioner

Arbetsuppgifterna är relativt repetitiva och rutinbaserade, vilket gör att du behöver uppskatta struktur och kunna behålla noggrannheten även när arbetsmomenten återkommer. Vem söker vi? Vi tror att du är:
