På STIHL Norden söker vi nu en nordisk business controller som vill arbeta nära verksamheten och bidra med analyser, insikter och ekonomisk förståelse som hjälper organisationen att fatta välgrundade beslut. Hos oss får du en viktig roll där du kombinerar analys, affärsförståelse och samarbete med kollegor i norden och internationellt. OM ROLLEN Som nordisk business controller är du ett viktigt stöd för verksamheten genom att analysera resultat, följa upp nyckeltal och bidra med ekonomiska underlag till chefer och beslutsfattare. Rollen ger dig möjlighet att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt samt att påverka utvecklingen av arbetssätt och processer. NÅGRA ARBETSUPPGIFTER: Finansiell uppföljning och analys av resultat, kostnader och nyckeltal Budget- och prognosarbete Utveckling och förbättring av rapportering, processer och analysverktyg Stöd till verksamheten i ekonomiska och affärsmässiga frågeställningar Samarbete med redovisningsfunktionen i samband med månads- och årsbokslut Deltagande i nordiska, regionala och internationella projekt och samarbeten

Rollen är placerad i Stenkullen och rapporterar till ekonomichefen. VEM ÄR DU? Vi tror att du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera analys med samarbete och där du kan omsätta siffror till insikter som skapar värde för verksamheten. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi 3-4 års erfarenhet av controlling God förståelse för redovisning och finansiell analys Erfarenhet av budget- och prognosarbete God systemvana och erfarenhet av Excel Erfarenhet av Power BI, SAP eller liknande system är meriterande
