Du kommer att ha ett helhetsansvar för att öka försäljning, intäkter och lönsamhet – både genom att utveckla nya marknader och maximera potentialen hos befintliga kunder. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ, med fullt budgetansvar och direkt påverkan på företagets tillväxt. Om Roll About Roll About är en etablerad distributör av gravid, baby och barnprodukter till återförsäljare i Norden. I över 20 år har vi byggt upp en stabil kundbas och representerar exklusivt åtta starka varumärken av hög kvalitet. Vi står nu inför lanseringen av vårt eget varumärke, ett spännande steg i vår tillväxtresa. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden · Öka försäljning, intäkter och lönsamhet genom aktiv försäljningsledning · Identifiera och etablera nya marknader och kundrelationer i Norden · Ansvara för försäljningsstrategi, P&L och budget, både på företagsnivå och per kundkonto · Leda hela säljcykeln: från prospektering till onboarding och långsiktiga samarbeten · Sätta försäljningsmål, prisstrategier, marginaler och inköpsvillkor · Samarbeta med marknadsansvarig för att ta fram interna och externa marknadsplaner · Leda och utveckla teamet, som idag består av marknadsansvarig och administratör (logistik, 3PL, inköp, butik/showroom) · Rapportera direkt till VD Vi erbjuder · Stora utvecklingsmöjligheter i ett mindre företag med högt tempo och entreprenörsanda · En stimulerande roll i ett engagerat och positivt team · Möjlighet att arbeta med etablerade varumärken och kvalitetsprodukter i en spännande bransch. · Aktivt deltagande i utvecklingen av vårt eget varumärke · Centralt beläget kontor på Ringvägen 75, nära goda kommunikationer Kvalifikationer och egenskaper Vi söker dig som är: · Självständig, initiativrik och resultatinriktad · En naturlig ledare med dokumenterad erfarenhet av framgångsrik B2B-försäljning · Kommunikativ och skicklig på att bygga förtroendefulla relationer · Van att arbeta mot tydliga försäljningsmål och budget · Strukturerad och arbetar obehindrat digitalt, ERP, CRM, 365, Excell etc · Högskoleutbildad inom ekonomi, handel eller entreprenörskap · Innehavare av B-körkort Meriterande: · Erfarenhet från retail, gärna baby/barn- eller leksaksbranschen · Kunskaper i nordiska språk · Erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning Övrigt · Placering: Ringvägen 75, Stockholm · Tillträde: Omgående · Anställningsform: Heltid Är du den engagerade försäljningschefen vi söker?
