Vi arbetar som ett sammanhållet nordiskt team och söker nu norsktalande kundtjänstmedarbetare till vårt kundcenter i Göteborg. Tjänsten innebär arbete på helger, kvällar och under högtider, eftersom vi har öppet alla dagar året runt. Detta är en heltidstjänst. Vi erbjuder en stimulerande och utvecklande arbetsmiljö där det finns möjlighet till intern karriärutveckling. I rollen: Vi tillhandahåller professionellt bemötande och personlig service till våra kunder via telefon, e-post och andra digitala kanaler. Vi hjälper kunder med frågor, bokningar och ärenden på ett effektivt och serviceinriktat sätt. Vi arbetar aktivt för att skapa en positiv kundupplevelse i varje kontakt. Vi arbetar mot uppsatta mål med fokus på kvalitet, effektivitet och kundnöjdhet. Vi är ett nordiskt team och samarbetar över landsgränserna för att ge bästa möjliga service. Vi prioriterar alltid kundens behov och anpassar vår service efter kundens situation.

Vi söker dig som: Talar och förstår norska flytande. Det är helt okej om du är svensk, så länge du har mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på norska. Har erfarenhet av kundservice, kundtjänst eller andra serviceinriktade roller. Är lösningsorienterad, engagerad och trivs med att hjälpa människor. Har god datorvana och känner dig bekväm med att arbeta i flera system samtidigt. Har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga, både muntligt och skriftligt. Är flexibel när det gäller arbetstider och trivs i en verksamhet som är öppen alla dagar året runt. Har förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team.

Meriterande: Kunskaper i ytterligare nordiska språk. Tidigare erfarenhet från kundtjänst, kundservice eller telefonbaserat arbete. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell eller nordisk miljö.
