Om rollen Vi söker nu efter en norsktalande servicekoordinator till vår kund i Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. I denna roll har du en bred och varierad roll där du ansvarar för att koordinera serviceärenden, säkerställa ett smidigt arbetsflöde och fungera som en viktig länk mellan kunder, tekniker och interna avdelningar. Detta är en direktrekrytering där vi på The Place sköter rekryteringsprocessen och du blir sedan anställd direkt av kundföretaget. Önskad start är så snart som möjligt, med hänsyn till uppsägningstid. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att:

Koordinera och planera serviceuppdrag

Fungera som kontaktperson mellan tekniker, kunder och interna avdelningar

Hantera inkommande ärenden, omplaneringar och avvikelser

Följa upp uppdrag och säkerställa kvalitet samt kundnöjdhet

Administrera serviceärenden och dokumentation i affärssystem

Kvalifikationer I rollen ser vi gärna att du har följande:

Flytande språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift

Goda språkkunskaper i norska i både tal och skrift

Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom service

Meriterande:

Kunskap inom Salesforce och SAP

Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad med ett noggrant arbetssätt. Du är proaktiv, tar egna initiativ och har förmågan att prioritera och planera effektivt även när du hanterar flera uppgifter samtidigt. Du kommunicerar lätt och professionellt med kunder och bidrar med en glad inställning och positiv energi i teamet, samtidigt som du alltid strävar efter att leverera bästa möjliga service. Start: Så snart som möjligt, med hänsyn till uppsägningstid.

Anställningsform: Direktanställning hos kundföretaget.

Arbetstid: Heltid, mån–fre kl. 7:30-16:30

Hammarby Sjöstad. Arbetet sker främst på plats, med möjlighet till hybridarbete någon dag i veckan i samråd med teamet.

Bakgrundskontroll kommer att genomföras på slutkandidat.
