Vi på Tacting fortsätter att växa och får förtroendet att stötta allt fler verksamheter med kompetens inom HR. Därför söker vi nu dig som vill bli en del av vårt konsultteam och arbeta i varierande HR-uppdrag hos våra kunder i Värmland. Som HR-konsult hos oss får du möjlighet att arbeta nära olika verksamheter och bidra med din kompetens där den behövs som mest. Uppdragens innehåll kan variera, men gemensamt är att du får en bred och verksamhetsnära roll med många kontaktytor. Om rollen Våra kunders behov ser olika ut och uppdragen kan därför variera både i innehåll och omfattning. Ofta handlar det om att komma in som ett verksamhetsnära HR-stöd och arbeta brett med frågor som rör både chefer, medarbetare och organisation. Det kan exempelvis handla om:

chefsstöd och löpande personalfrågor

arbetsrätt och arbetsmiljö

rehabilitering

HR-processer, policys och arbetssätt

kompetensförsörjning

organisations- och verksamhetsutveckling

HR-relaterade projekt och initiativ

Vem är du? Vi vill gärna komma i kontakt med dig som har arbetat brett inom HR och är nyfiken på konsultrollen. Kanske arbetar du idag som HR-generalist, HR Partner, HR-konsult eller i en liknande roll. Du har en god grund inom HR och trivs i en verksamhetsnära roll där du får stötta chefer och medarbetare i olika typer av frågor. Vi tror också att du är nyfiken, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya verksamheter och bygga relationer. För oss är det viktigaste inte din nuvarande titel, utan vilken erfarenhet du har med dig, vad du trivs med och vad du vill utvecklas vidare inom. Varför arbeta som konsult hos Tacting?
