Till ÖoB i Sundsvall söker vi nu en kundfokuserad och utvecklingsinriktad ställföreträdande varuhuschef med erfarenhet av ledarskap och detaljhandel. Som ställföreträdande varuhuschef är du en nyckelperson i varuhusets ledningsgrupp och arbetar nära varuhuschefen med ansvar för drift, försäljning och att skapa en positiv och utvecklande arbetsmiljö. Du är med och driver verksamheten framåt, både operativt och strategiskt. ÖoB är ett värderingsstyrt bolag med medarbetare som drivs av utmaningar och som trivs med ett omväxlande arbete där tempot är högt och kundfokus är centralt. För att lyckas hos oss behöver du kunna hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt, arbeta effektivt även under tidspress och snabbt ställa om när förutsättningarna förändras. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet som ställföreträdande varuhuschef (vice butikschef) eller som avdelningsansvarig, och som har ambitionen att på sikt ta steget vidare mot rollen som varuhuschef. Du är en trygg och engagerad ledare som fungerar som en förebild för dina kollegor och motiveras av att utveckla både medarbetare och verksamhet. Du är ansvarstagande, har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta med människor. Du har ett intresse för handel och ledarskap, och ser möjligheter i att växa med nya utmaningar. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor, vilket kräver god kommunikationsförmåga samt förmåga att planera och organisera ditt arbete. Vi söker dig som är självgående och målinriktad, med drivkraft att bidra till försäljning, medarbetarutveckling och goda resultat, alltid i linje med ÖoBs koncept och arbetsmodell. Erfarenhet från ledande position inom detalj- eller dagligvaruhandeln är meriterande, likaså erfarenhet av arbete i stordrift samt truckkort. Stor vikt läggs även vid dina personliga egenskaper. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på deltid, 30 tim/v med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstiderna är varierande och inkluderar kväll och helg. Vi tillämpar sex månaders provanställning.
