The posting

Vi söker nu en ny personlig assistent till vårt team i Helsingborg. Uppdraget gäller en kvinna i 40-årsåldern som lever med diagnosen MS. Kunden önskar kvinnliga assistenter i åldern 25–50 år. Tjänsten passar dig som vill arbeta nära en annan människa och göra en verklig skillnad i vardagen. Vi söker dig som har en positiv inställning och ett genuint engagemang för att arbeta med människor. Det är ett krav att du har tidigare erfarenhet inom vård och omsorg. Du är ansvarsfull, pålitlig och trygg i att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra. Du behöver ha god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska, både i tal och skrift, samt vara flexibel och kunna anpassa dig efter olika situationer och kundens individuella behov. Vi värdesätter att du är lyhörd, tar ansvar och har lätt för att ta till dig nya arbetsuppgifter. Hos Alter Assistans får du alltid en introduktion hos den aktuella kunden för att skapa trygghet för både dig och personen du ska arbeta med. Arbetsuppgifterna innebär att du assisterar kunden i det dagliga livet, vilket kan omfatta personlig hygien, måltider och sociala aktiviteter. Du kommer även att stödja kunden i att upprätthålla sina sociala kontakter, delta vid olika aktiviteter och bidra till en meningsfull och aktiv fritid. En viktig del av arbetet är också att vara med och skapa en trygg, stabil och stimulerande miljö. Anställningen inleds som en timanställning med möjlighet att senare övergå till anställningsformen ”så länge uppdraget varar”. Tjänsten omfattar i nuläget cirka 70 procent, men det finns möjlighet till en högre tjänstgöringsgrad för rätt person. Arbetstiderna är förlagda till dag- och kvällspass, klockan 8–14 eller 14–22, främst på vardagar, men helg kan även förekomma.
