REGIONCHEF – KRAVPROFIL Övergripande uppdrag Som regionchef ansvarar du för att regionens verksamhet bedrivs med hög kvalitet, god lönsamhet och nöjda kunder samt att medarbetarna har tydliga mål, rätt förutsättningar och en säker arbetsmiljö. Du har ett övergripande ansvar för regionens personal, drift, kvalitet, kundrelationer och ekonomiska resultat. Vi söker dig som har Minst 3–5 års erfarenhet av chefs- eller arbetsledande arbete.

Erfarenhet från städ, facility management, hotell, service eller annan personalintensiv verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av att leda arbetsledare eller teamledare.

Erfarenhet av personalansvar och arbetsmiljöarbete.

Erfarenhet av budget- och resultatuppföljning.

Erfarenhet av kundansvar och avtalsuppföljning.

God förståelse för bemanning, arbetstid och personalplanering.

God administrativ och digital förmåga.

Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift.

Förmåga att kommunicera med medarbetare på olika nivåer och med olika bakgrund.

B-körkort om tjänsten kräver resor mellan kundobjekt.

Som person är du Tydlig och strukturerad.

Ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad.

Affärsmässig men samtidigt bra på människor.
